Main differences in Sony tablets and HP tablets

Sony is the name of another excellence which is expert in making their products. People using Sony company products are the live witness of the expertise given by the company. On the other hand an American company named HP or Hewlett Packard is one the most promising company who is known for its best deliverance of the product. If we compare the products of both the company then we will know that how one is getting over the second. Lets us compare the tablets or the touch pads of the companies. Recently Sony has launched his tables S2; let’s compare it with the HP touch pad.

• Operating System- Sony has Android OS 3.2 whereas HP installed web OS 3.0.
• Shape- Sony tablet is available in flap notebook type shape and HP is simple bar shaped.
• Size- The dimensions of Sony Tablet is 7.09 x 6.22 x 0.55 whereas HP touch pad is 9.45 x 7.45 x 0.54, so we can say that Hp is slimmer than Sony tablet.
• Weight- Sony tablet is almost half in weight than HP touch pad that is Sony tablet weighs 372gm and HP touch pad weighs 740gm.
• Display size- The display screen of Sony tablet is 5.5 inches which is small as compared to HP touch pad which is 9.7 inches.
• Processor- Sony tablet has processor Dual core with 1000 MHz and HP touch pad has a Dual core with 1200 MHz powering Snapdragon APQ8060 processor.
• 1 GB ram is installed in both the products.
• Sony tablet has inbuilt storage of 4000MB whereas HP touch pad has inbuilt storage of 32000 MB. Memory of both the products can be expanded up to 32 GB
• Camera- Both tablet and touch pad has high definition quality camera but the front camera of Sony tablet is VGA and front camera of HP touch pad is 1.3 mega pixels.
• Music- Formats that are supported by Sony tablet are MP3, AAC, FLAC, WMA, WAV, OGG, MIDI and those are supported by HP touch pad are MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WAV, AMR music files.
• Sony tablet has the special feature of global roaming which is not present in HP touch pad. This feature is very favorable by the people travelling across the countries.
• Sony is always known for the gaming feature then how can any product of this company without this facility be launched, Sony tablet has features of play station that is it is Play station certified. This feature is not present in HP but it has its own inbuilt games.

1. Both the products are having Light sensor feature.
2. Both Sony tablet and HP touch pad has many inbuilt internet applications like facebook and many more.
3. Both the products support 3.5mm jack connectivity.
4. Both the product has very fine side angle viewing feature, if anyone looking the movie or pictures from the angular view then it will never have any problem in the display.
5. Summary: Sony tablet and HP touch pad both product are best in their domain but if you compare both of them then you need to check which feature you need.
